Your new team:
Our sales team shares Namirialdigital trust services with enterprises around the world. We’re a highly collaborative and empathetic team, focused on understanding what businesses need to digitally transform their business processes in a highly trustworthy manne.

 

Your new role:
As an Account Executive, you are responsible for the commercial development of your territory in Germany. You will manage the full enterprise sales cycle –from acquisition to project completion –with a strong emphasis on developing strategic relationships with decision-makers.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth in your area through strategic acquisition and long-term customer retention
  • Acquire and manage large enterprise accounts with an average sales cycle of 12–18 months
  • Build and expand relationships with decision-makers across IT, legal, procurement, and business lines
  • Position Namirialas a value-added digital trust partner focused on solving customer problems
  • Conduct tailored product demos and customer workshops to trigger upsell opportunities
  • Own the sales process end-to-end: prospecting, solution mapping, proposals, contract negotiation, closing
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (pre-sales, legal, marketing, partners) to support success

 

Your profile:

  • University degree in Business Administration (Master’s preferred) or equivalent qualification
  • Direct B2B sales experience in enterprise software or SaaS –ideally in trust services, cybersecurity, or digital identity
  • Documented track record of closing complex, high-value deals
  • Excellent communicator and presenter, comfortable with C-level and stakeholder engagement
  • Skilled networker with a consultative, solution-oriented sales approac
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; highly self-motivated and results-driven
  • German at native speaker level with business fluency in English; Italian is a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

 

Additional nice-to-have skills:

  • Proficient computer application skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including CRM, Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is beneficial
  • Knowledge of several industry verticals –e. g. Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Professional Services
  • Proven track record to work effectively across functional groups, such as sales, marketing, product management and partners
