We are looking for a Junior Digital Archivist to join our team, eager to contribute to the management, organization, and evolution of digital archives and document preservation processes. The role involves supporting document management activities, ensuring compliance with archival standards and regulations, and collaborating on projects related to digital transformation and long-term preservation systems.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support activities related to digital archiving and long-term preservation systems
  • Collaborate in the drafting and updating of technical and process documentation
  • Support the analysis and management of document workflows and archival processes
  • Contribute to compliance activities related to sector regulations and standards
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of digital document management systems
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams during testing and validation phases
  • Support projects related to digital transformation and document preservation initiatives
  • Participate in process optimization and continuous improvement activities
  • Assist in monitoring and verifying the correctness and completeness of archival documentation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on document management and preservation projects 

 

 

YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Participation in the FGCAD Master’s Program at the University of Macerata
  • Basic knowledge of digital archiving and document preservation principles
  • Knowledge of archival standards and sector regulations
  • Familiarity with digital preservation and document management systems
  • Understanding of document lifecycle and archival processes
  • Knowledge of standards and regulations related to digital preservation (e.g. eIDAS Regulation EU 910/2014, D.Lgs. 33/2013)
  • Familiarity with software tools for document management
  • Basic understanding of Public Administration processes
