We are looking for a ERP Specialist to join our CTO team, who will be responsible for analyzing business needs, coordinating vendors, supporting ERP implementation, and driving process improvements and adoption across teams.​

 

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITY:​

  • Analyze business needs and requirements for processes in Accounting, Tax, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Financial Reporting, and Treasury​

  • Coordinate external vendors for system enhancements and application maintenance​

  • Manage transition projects from legacy management software to the corporate ERP system​

  • Assist the technical team in implementing, customizing, and testing the Enterprise Resource Planning system​

  • Contribute to the design of business processes integrated with the ERP system​

  • Advocate for ERP functionalities among Finance, Treasury, Sales, and Credit Recovery teams​

  • Design integrations with external applications​

  • Drive continuous improvement of implemented solutions​

YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:​

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field​

  • Knowledge of Project Management principles​

  • At least 5 years of experience working with ERP software​

  • Advanced proficiency in Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, Power BI, Outlook)​

  • Strong expertise in Business Central ERP​

  • Deep understanding of standard business processes​

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken​

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills​

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with a focus on results and organizational precision​

  • It's a plus: PMI certification, knowledge of software analysis, SQL, common ERP systems (SAP Business One, TeamSystem, Mago.net, Zucchetti), Dynamics 365 CRM, and Power BI.​
