We are looking for an Head of Product to join our Onboarding & Signature Solutions team, who will be responsible for driving business innovation and developing signature and onboarding solutions that deliver tangible value to customers in a highly competitive market.

 

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITY:​

  • Define the vision and roadmap for digital signature and onboarding products, aligning with company goals and market needs

  • Lead the Product Owners and Product Specialists teams, fostering collaboration and growth

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and new features​

  • Define and monitor product KPIs and implement actions to optimize performance

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure effective market positioning and communication strategies

  • Work closely with Development team to plan and deliver features, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines

  • Manage the product budget and evaluate strategic investments to maximize returns

  • Build partnerships with technology providers to enhance product offerings

YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:​

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields​

  • 7-10 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in software/SaaS, with a proven track record in managing digital products and leading cross-functional teams​

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence​

  • Experience in market analysis and strategic product planning​

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and motivate diverse teams​

  • Results-driven, innovative mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities​

  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English​

  • It's a plus: MBA or specialization in Product Management; knowledge of eSignature or digital onboarding solutions and eSignature standards and regulations (eIDAS, GDPR); proficiency; additional languages.
