Role Overview

As the Head of Information Systems (IT Manager), you will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s IT strategy, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and security of our infrastructure and data centers across Italy, France, and Spain. The role involves leading international teams and managing key relationships with technology service providers.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic IT Management: Develop and implement IT policies aligned with the company’s business goals.

  • Infrastructure Oversight: Ensure continuity, compliance, and security across all data centers in Italy, France, Spain, and Ireland.

  • Vendor and Contract Management: Negotiate and manage IT service contracts, optimize costs, and ensure service levels are met.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire geographically distributed, multicultural IT teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

  • IT Security Governance: Oversee cybersecurity practices, update security policies, and manage disaster recovery planning.

  • IT Budget Planning: Define and manage the annual IT budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar roles (e.g., IT Manager, CIO), preferably within IT services, SaaS, or digital transformation sectors.

  • Managerial Skills: Proven experience managing international and cross-functional teams.

  • Relationship Management: Strong track record in handling vendor and partner relationships.

  • Languages: Fluent in professional English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.

  • Technical Expertise: In-depth experience with IT infrastructure, virtualization, networking, backup systems, disaster recovery, and compliance with GDPR, eIDAS, and cybersecurity best practices.

  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Location

Position based in Italy, preferably in or near Senigallia, with regular travel required to company offices and data centers in France and Spain.
