We are looking for a Pre-sales Solution Expert in Bucharest to engage with potential and existing clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Acting as a trusted expert you will facilitate seamless communication between technical and business teams while building long-term client relationships.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze and identify client needs, providing expert consultancy for custom software solutions and integration concepts.
• Present and promote Namirial’s product portfolio in close collaboration with account managers
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact and product demonstration to successful solution implementation
• Offer advanced technical support to distribution partners and strategic clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and aligning solutions with their business goals.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for key customers, ensuring efficient issue resolution by coordinating with the support team.

YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

• A Technical University degree (Computer Science / Computer Engineering) 
• Experience in IT sales and software solutions consulting.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.
• Ability to analyze client requirements and design custom technical solutions.
• Knowledge of database administration.
• Basic programming skills (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript) to facilitate communication with development teams. Familiarity with IT security, encryption, and authentication protocols (OAuth, SSO, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment 
• Proficiency in English 
• Willingness to travel to clients premises and internationally if/ when required
