Namirial is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company operating in the digital trust space, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Under Bain Capital ownership, we are building a modern and scalable pricing function to support our ambition of becoming a pan-European leader in digital trust solutions.
We are looking for a hands-on, high-potential Pricing Manager to lead our pricing transformation across the commercial model. The initial focus will be on recurring revenue streams and commercial discipline, with the goal of driving tangible impact and long-term value.
Mission & Impact
Your mission will be to establish and lead our first-ever pricing function — driving a cultural shift in how we price, sell, and scale. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Product, and Strategy, you will:
- Deliver a step-change in pricing performance and commercial governance
- Standardize price lists and discounting structures across regions and products
- Support Salesforce CPQ implementation and future pricing infrastructure
- Contribute directly to our value creation targets
- Implement new pricing tool and governance structure
- Standardize pricing architecture and discount frameworks across products/geographies
- Support CPQ configuration (pricing logic, rules, approval workflows)
- Run pricing diagnostics (frontbook and backbook) to identify early wins
Key Responsibilities
Pricing Strategy & Governance
- Design and evolve our global pricing model, including discount frameworks, and packaging
- Lead pricing governance processes and support decision-making through pricing committee participation
- Identify pricing opportunities across the portfolio (frontbook and backbook) and model their financial impact
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor key pricing KPIs (e.g. price realization, discounting discipline, margin impact) and recommend improvements
- Conduct analysis at SKU, segment, and product level to identify gaps and revenue/margin uplift opportunities
- Model and assess impact of pricing scenarios
Tools & Process Ownership
- Maintain and evolve our pricing infrastructure, including pricing libraries, approval workflows, and CPQ logic
- Maintain and update the pricing dashboards and performance reporting infrastructure, including control room and operational rooms
- Define rules and workflows for quoting and discounting
- Cross-functional lead and collaboration
- Act as the key connector between Product, Finance, and Sales to ensure pricing supports both value creation and deal execution.
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
- 5–10 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, revenue operations, or management consulting with pricing exposure
- Experience setting up a pricing function or working in a SaaS pricing environment for B2B software a strong plus
- Strong analytical and modeling skills; advanced Excel required, experience with BI tools preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and ideally CPQ or similar quoting tools
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to drive cross-functional alignment
