We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our Onboarding & Signature Solutions team, who will be responsible for leading product initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions that create real value for users and the business. 

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Work hand-in-hand with developers, UX/UI designers, legal, compliance, and business teams to build and evolve features that make our client onboarding solutions smoother, smarter, and more impactful.
• Be at the heart of the action by actively participating in agile rituals, from sprint planning to retrospective and helping the team deliver value at every step.
• Own and shape a product backlog that reflects real business priorities and client needs, always keeping user impact top of mind.
• Drive continuous improvement by collecting feedback, tracking key onboarding metrics, and testing new ideas to simplify and accelerate the journey from subscription to electronic signature.
• Play a key role in defining the vision of our Onboarding Solution BU, the team that create the products from the first step of client subscription all the way to the final signature, creating a seamless and compliant user experience.

YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, with the ability to adapt them to the specifics of onboarding and regulatory processes.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and backlog management practices.
• Strong knowledge of customer journey mapping, compliance constraints, and digital workflows.
• Experience with product ownership in complex environments involving identity verification, KYC, or onboarding platforms.
• Familiarity with UX best practices and data analytics tools
