We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our Onboarding & Signature Solutions team, who will be responsible for identifying and matching technology opportunities with the customer’s business requirements and objectives, as well as supporting channel partner training and enablement.​

 

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITY:​

  • Support partners and customers on electronic signature and onboarding solutions​

  • Advise customers and partners on configuring, sizing, and integrating the e-signature and onboarding software suites into their existing IT environments​

  • Assist sales, pre-sales and project managers by providing technical expertise, flexibility and a superior customer focus​

  • Prepare proofs of concept, which may include application installation, configuration, customization, and occasional coding​

  • Update product documentation in the knowledge base​

  • Provide support to both internal and external stakeholders​

  • Offer technical instructions to specialists and teams, both internally and externally​

  • Prepare and deliver demos of signature and onboarding solutions to customers during the project management phase​

  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, identifying and communicating customer needs internally.​

 

YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:​

  • Degree degree in Computer Engineering, Informatics, or a related field​

  • Proven experience with Qualified Trust Services, particularly in Qualified Electronic Certificates​

  • Strong understanding of web application architecture​

  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly in technical whitepapers​

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with technical stakeholders across all levels of a customer organization​

  • Experience discussing and evaluating complex technical challenges with internal development team​

  • Ability to navigate and resolve complicated technical and political situations with partners and customers​

  • Fluency in both spoken and written English​

  • Flexibility, reliability and a strong aptitude for quickly learning new products and technologies​

  • It's a plus: knowledge of an additional European language (e.g., French or Spanish), understanding of project management techniques, and familiarity with e-signature and onboarding platforms.​
