Product Strategy Manager

We are seeking a Product Strategy Manager focused on Onboarding & Identity products to join our Product Strategy team, who will be responsible for driving the product roadmap, defining go-to-market strategies, ensuring regulatory alignment, and supporting product positioning for our SaaS solutions in the field of onboarding and identity. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, with a strong focus on market needs, strategic vision, and cross-functional coordination.
YOUR NEW ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Define product strategy and roadmap for Onboarding & Identity products, aligning with market trends, customer feedback, regulatory developments, and R&D budget constraints
· Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept design to business case validation, ensuring value propositions meet segment-specific needs
· Monitor product performance, recommend KPIs, and track R&D investments to ensure delivery of strategic goals
· Collaborate on pricing and go-to-market strategies, including sales enablement, messaging, and positioning activities (to be further defined with the Strategic Product team)
· Monitoring regulatory developments (e.g., eIDAS, ETSI, national frameworks) and translating them into business opportunities
· Messaging and sales enablement collaterals development, defining product messaging for different use cases, creating marketing collateral, training Marketing and Sales teams on new / improved products value propositions.

YOU MAY FIT TO THE ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
· Experience in identity proofing, digital identity and wallet landscape
· Excellent knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks such as eIDAS, including electronic signature
· Familiarity with the development and execution of product management and marketing strategies for SaaS B2B products
· Strong knowledge of pricing policy, value proposition development, and enterprise communication tools
· Experience with market analysis and functional requirements definition in SaaS
· Familiarity with tools for business intelligence, sales enablement, and performance analytics
· Proficient in written and spoken English communication
· Confident in Public speaking and flexible to travel
· Entrepreneurial and growth mindset
THE FOLLOWING CONSTITUTE A PREFERENTIAL TITLE:
· Knowledge of other company languages (Italian, Spanish, German)
· Experience in technical standardization (ETSI ESI, CEN, CSC, etc)
· Passionate about UX/UI and user journeys
