We are looking for an Project Manager to join our PKI Products team, who supports us in the management of IT projects (nationally and internationally), interfacing both with the design and development group and with company’s customer representatives.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
• Lead all phases of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• In charge of project P&L: drive all associated activities and resources to guarantee the committed quality, margin and scheduling criteria.
• Keep all stakeholders informed and aligned with project goals through clear and consistent communication.
• Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards
• Provide support during presales as such as assessing program needs, planning, staffing, risk management, project structure, governance etc.
• Understanding of technical details for close cooperation with the R&D team.
• Manage the unexpected, providing effective support in the event of a crisis.
• Produce and integrate high-quality technical documentation (technical writing).
• Carry out feasibility analyses and quickly indicate alternatives.
YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
• Master’s or three-year degree in technology (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering) or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project/program management.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Italian and English, with strong presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with ability to forecast, plan, manage, document and deliver on time.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, especially Scrum and Agile.
• Past experience as software developer is a nice to have.
• It’s a plus: PMP, CISA certifications, knowledge of a second foreign language (Spanish, German, French).
