We are looking for a QA Tester Team Leader to join our Onboarding & Signature Solutions team, who will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis (UI tests, functional tests, performance tests, API tests).

 

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITY:​

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements​

  • Identify, document, and track complex software defects and inconsistencies​

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and resolve issues​

  • Perform and oversee regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not affected by new changes​

  • Design, implement, and maintain automated testing tools and scripts​

  • Mentor and guide junior QA team members, providing technical expertise and support​

  • Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.​

 

YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:​

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience​

  • Extensive experience in a senior or lead QA role​

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, C# or Java​

  • In-depth knowledge in automated testing tools and frameworks​

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills​

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality​

  • Good communication and teamwork and mentoring abilities​

  • Familiarity with various testing methodologies and tools​

  • Proficiency with source control tools.​
