We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Team Leader to join our Process Innovation, Compliance & ESG team, who will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of compliance professionals, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, maintaining relevant certifications, supporting internal and external audit processes, identifying potential compliance risks, and driving continuous improvement of internal processes in line with industry best practices.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

Lead and coordinate the compliance team, supporting professional development and ensuring alignment with company goals;

Oversee the deployment and governance of cloud and IT infrastructure with respect to international compliance standards;

Supervise internal audits and risk assessments, ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls and business processes;

Monitor regulatory changes (local and international), ensuring timely policy updates and organizational alignment;

Collaborate with Legal, Security, Product, and Operations teams to promote a proactive compliance culture across all departments;

Prepare and present audit findings, compliance status updates, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders;

Serve as the point of contact for external audits, government regulators, and certification bodies;

Design and deliver compliance training programs to strengthen awareness and adherence company-wide;

Identify compliance risks early and develop mitigation plans as part of a broader risk strategy;

Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the company’s compliance strategy, policies, and documentation.
YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

Degree in Law, Economics, Management Engineering, or similar with a strong focus on regulatory compliance;

Proven experience in leading compliance teams or complex compliance programs across international contexts;

Excellent knowledge of regulatory standards such as eIDAS, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, GDPR, and GRC frameworks;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into action;

Familiarity with compliance and audit tools, including Microsoft Excel, Confluence, and reporting tools like PowerPoint;

Experience in working with auditors, authorities, and regulatory bodies in cross-border environments;

Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach;

Fluency in English, both written and spoken;

High attention to detail, precision in reporting, and commitment to continuous improvement.
