We are currently looking for a Service Expert to join our team, ideally with some initial experience and a strong motivation to grow professionally.. In this role, you will support the management and processing of digital and telematic procedures related to corporate compliance, assisting clients with regulatory filings and contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of company operations. This position offers the opportunity to develop your professional skills while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the preparation and submission of telematic practices to CCIAA and Agenzia delle Entrate, including::
  • Filing of financial statements
  • Appointment of corporate officers
  • Opening, modification, or closure of local units
  • Start of new business activities
  • Transfer of company shares
•  Assist in preparing and submitting SCIA (Segnalazione Certificata di Inizio Attività) to municipal authorities.
• Manage and verify client documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure the timely and accurate submission of practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and support operational and compliance-related processes.

YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

• Diploma in Accounting, Administration, or Business Studies or a Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
• Initial experience, internship, or academic exposure to telematic practices, corporate filings, or administrative processes.
• Familiarity with the following portals is appreciated:

• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and Word).
• General knowledge of corporate, commercial, and administrative regulations.
• Strong teamwork orientation

• Clear and professional communication skills
