We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Sales Domestic Enterprise team, who will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the company’s client accounts, building long-lasting, profitable relationships with clients, always striving to find the products which best fit the specific needs of individual clients.

 

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITY:​

  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships, engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership​

  • Align customer business objectives with company capabilities, ensuring strategic fit and value creation​

  • Lead relationship strategies, account and sales planning, contract reviews, and negotiations​

  • Deliver product demonstrations, gather client feedback, and provide actionable insights to product management teams​

  • Guide clients through decision-making processes on cost-benefit, timelines, operations, and change management​

  • Conduct comprehensive account review at least quarterly with customers.​

  • Ensure early engagement in the customer buying process, tailoring solutions to specific needs​

  • Ensure clients are aware of any changes to offering related processes and procedures, including operational and business management changes.​

  • Oversee the customer life cycle and ensure organizational alignment to proactively drive adoption and usage of company platform.​

  • Identify new sales opportunities and focus on providing consultative support by building value proposition for solutions into the account.​

  • Drive sales campaign and strategic initiatives, plan for account growth, identify opportunities for solution expansion and drive action plans around accounts that are at risk of nonrenewal.

 

 

YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)​

  • Proven experience in strategic B2B sales, account management, and complex deal negotiations​

  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging senior leadership​

  • Ability to adapt messaging to different audiences, demonstrating business and financial acumen​

  • Knowledge of contract restructuring, finance, and billing-related terms and conditions​

  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with expertise in forecasting and pipeline management​

  • Effective time management and influencing skills to drive successful outcomes​

  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.​

  • It’ a plus: Master in Sales Management, Marketing or similar field; good knowledge of written and spoken English.
