We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Iberia & Latam team, who will support revenue growth by ensuring accurate reporting, enhancing CRM usage, and identifying operational inefficiencies.

 

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITY:​

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, quota attainment, etc.)​

  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement​

  • Provide actionable insights to sales leadership for forecasting and strategy planning​

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the CRM ​

  • Optimize CRM workflows, automation, and integrations to improve sales efficiency​

  • Support the implementation and adoption of sales tools such as forecasting software, lead scoring tools, and sales engagement platforms​

  • Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and recommend improvements​

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to streamline workflows​

  • Assist in sales onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives​

  • Partner with finance and sales leadership to improve forecasting accuracy​

  • Support quota planning and territory management​

  • Monitor and report on sales incentives and compensation structures​

YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:​

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and reporting​

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., MS Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar)​

  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) ​

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, vlookups, data modeling)​

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment​

  • Excellent communication skills and proactive approach to problem-solving ​

  • English language written & oral fluency​

  • It’s a plus: Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN Selling) and understanding of sales compensation and incentive structures.​
