We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist to join our Sales Domestic Professional & SMEs team, working on-site in Pordenone, who will be responsible for analyzing customer needs, providing training, and offering support on the SpinOff ERP system by Namirial.

 

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITY:​

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and identify specific requirements for ERP system implementation.​

  • Assist in designing customized ERP solutions based on client needs and define implementation plans, including transition phases and data migration.​

  • Manage or assist in ERP system implementation, ensuring proper configuration and alignment with business requirements.​

  • Provide training to users on ERP system usage, developing educational materials and conducting training sessions.​

  • Offer technical support to users during and after implementation, resolving issues and answering inquiries.​

  • Oversee ERP implementation projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.​

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding long-term needs and proposing solutions aligned with their business strategy.​

YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:​

  • At least two years of experience in implementing business management applications.​

  • Understanding of the technical aspects of ERP system implementation, configuration, and customization.​

  • Strong analytical skills to assess existing business processes, identify challenges, and propose ERP-based solutions.​

  • Excellent communication skills to engage with clients, business users, and technical teams.​

  • Ability to prepare and conduct training sessions for business users with varying technical proficiency.​
