We are looking for a Service Expert to join our Sales Domestic Professionals & SMEs team, who will support customers on SPID (Digital Public Identity System) and digital signatures, while ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Manage incoming support calls related to SPID and digital signatures, including sensitive cases or dissatisfied customers.
- Respond with kindness and clarity, always maintaining a professional and reassuring tone.
- Accurately enter personal data into the company’s accounting software.
- Carefully complete Excel files concerning activations and orders.
- Learn directly on the job the use of company portals and internal tools.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
