We are looking for a Service Expert to join our Sales Domestic Professionals & SMEs team, who will be responsible for supporting clients by managing regulatory filings, providing business consulting, and coordinating with public administration entities to address client needs.

 

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITY:​

  • Management and administration of the company's domain​

  • Prepare and submit Chamber and Municipal filings to the Chamber of Commerce.​

  • Provide consulting services for business startups based on client requests.​

  • File financial statements with relevant authorities.​

  • Liaise with public administration entities to address client needs and ensure compliance.​

  • Support clients in navigating regulatory requirements and identifying tailored solutions for their businesses.​

YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:​

  • High school qualification in Accounting or a related field​

  • At least two years of experience as an administrative employee in an accounting or consulting office, specializing in Chamber of Commerce filings and SUAP procedures​

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite​

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong willingness to learn​

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and stress management skills​

  • High attention to detail and precision in meeting deadlines​

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively​

  • It's a plus: knowledge of Google Workspace and management systems such as Comunica Starweb, Dire, Adobe PDF, and Impresa in un Giorno​
