We are looking for a Software Developer (Java) to join our Onboarding & Signature Solutions team, who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure and scalable backend systems that support our products.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, product owners) in an agile development environment.
• Contribute to Sprint planning, task estimation, and technical decision-making.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Support the integration of new features and ensure smooth deployments through CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for developed components and services.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and reliability standards.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.

• University degree in technology, computer science, or telecommunications, or a similar field or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of Java, algorithms, data structures, and analytical skills for effective code review.
• Experience with Spring Boot, in projects using both Gradle and Maven.
• Preferred knowledge of OpenAPI for defining and documenting REST APIs, including code generation support.
• Proficient in using GIT for source code management, including workflows with pull requests and peer reviews.
• Experience working in Agile environments, using ticket tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
• Experience working with containers (Docker, Podman).

• It's a plus: experience with Kubernetes, familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), SonarQube, and Dynatrace and understanding of microservices architectures
