We are looking for a Solution Architect Manager to join our CTO team, who will be responsible for driving IT architecture evolution, modernizing software products and creating a centralized platform to support development teams.​

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITY:​

  • Build and lead a team of software architects to analyze the current AS-IS product landscape.​

  • Define architectural guidelines for modernizing existing systems and ensuring scalability and efficiency.​

  • Develop a strategic roadmap for technology transformation in collaboration with product teams.​

  • Design and implement a centralized platform to provide shared services supporting software development, deployment, and maintenance.​

  • Ensure the platform delivers centralized services for authentication, logging, monitoring, database management, and CI/CD automation, while also enabling infrastructure abstraction and self-service access through APIs, CLI, and intuitive dashboards.​

  • Evaluate and validate new development tools to support engineering teams and oversee their adoption.​

  • Oversee and validate AI-based initiatives, including OCR projects and Namirial BrAIn.​

  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI solutions into business processes and software products​

YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:​

  • Proven experience in Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture roles.​

  • Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, microservices, APIs, CI/CD, and automation.​

  • Experience leading architecture and software development teams.​

  • Knowledge of major development platforms and DevOps best practices.​

  • Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise environments.​

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and prioritization skills.​

  • It's a plus: experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker), PaaS platform implementation, low-code/no-code development models, and Agile/SAFe methodologies.​
