We are looking for a Strategy and Integration Manager to join our Strategy and Integration team, who will be responsible for driving our strategic initiatives and supporting Namirial growth through Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Post Merger Integrations (PMI), working closely with the Strategy and Integration Director and the CEO.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive assessments to identify strategic opportunities and threats

Develop and run complex financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives and their potential impact on the organization

Prepare detailed business cases, strategic plans, and recommendations for executive decision-making

Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives

Continuously monitor and report on the performance of strategic projects, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Support the development and refinement of the organization’s long-term strategy, ensuring responsiveness to changing market conditions and internal priorities

Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops with senior leadership and key stakeholders
YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment at a high-growth tech startup, top-tier strategy consulting firm, investment bank, or similar

Hands-on experience with a strong drive to learn, adapt, and continuously develop skills

Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills

Proven ability to independently manage complex projects from inception through completion

Advanced financial modeling expertise and proficiency in conducting detailed quantitative analyses

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create professional and impactful presentations

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively

High level of initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Ability to think strategically and creatively

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization

Familiarity with market research methods and competitive analysis techniques

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
