We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Sales Department, someone eager to contribute to the development of strategic partnerships, revenue growth, and long-term business relationships.

The role involves managing and expanding relationships with assigned Partners, identifying new business opportunities, and acting as a key point of contact to ensure alignment with company strategy, objectives, and values.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and develop relationships with assigned Partners to drive revenue growth and long-term collaboration
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Partners, ensuring alignment with company strategy, objectives, and values
  • Plan and execute regular Partner visits, including on-site meetings, business reviews, and joint customer engagements
  • Identify new business opportunities through the Partner ecosystem and support Partners throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Operations, Finance) to ensure effective Partner enablement and deal execution
  • Support Partners with training, sales tools, product updates, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Monitor Partner performance, pipeline, and forecasting, ensuring achievement of sales targets and KPIs
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contribute to contract discussions in coordination with internal teams
  • Gather market and competitive insights from Partner interactions and feedback, sharing relevant information internally
  • Ensure accurate CRM usage and timely reporting of activities, opportunities, and forecasts

 

YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
Hard Skills

  •  Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, Channel Sales, or Partner Management roles
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and commercial dynamics
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel for reporting, pipeline analysis, and sales performance monitoring
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar platforms
  • Ability to manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and target achievement
  • Experience in commercial negotiations and contract discussions
  • Good understanding of go-to-market strategies and indirect sales models

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B / B2C sales environments
  • Previous experience in technology, SaaS, digital services, or software industries
  • Knowledge of partner ecosystems and reseller/channel models
  • Experience working in international environments

Languages

  • Fluent Italian
  • Intermediate English (written and spoken)
  • Additional languages are considered a plus
